Therapy Rooms
Address
2 Neal's Yard
London WC2H 9DP
Telephone 020 7379 7662

It's a courtyard in an alleyway off Shorts Gardens at one end, near the
junction with Neal Street.
The entranceway to the other end of the yard is between Nos. 15 and 17
Monmouth Street.
The therapy rooms themselves are sandwiched between two parts of Neals
Yard Salad Bar.
If you look up, you'll see a window with a sort of big triangular wooden
roof on top of it. Look down and slightly to the left and there will be
the stairs leading up to the Therapy Rooms and there's a grey metal
circular sign saying No.2 Therapy Rooms.
Go up the stairs to reception where you should be graciously received.
Call 020 7379 7662 if you need more directions or need to leave a
message for me.
I'll have my mobile off during a session but will switch it on if you're
not there. The number is 077199 58726.

THE HALE CLINIC
Turn right out of Regents Park underground station (Bakerloo Line) and follow the railings along for about 100m which will bring you to Park Crescent. Turn right into it, and the Hale Clinic is No. 7, a few metres away.
If coming via Great Portland Street underground station, make your way
onto the Marylebone Road, turn left and you will come to Park Crescent
almost immediately.

Park Plaza Hotel
Address: 239 Vauxhall Bridge Road , London SW1V 1EQ
http://www.parkplaza.com/hotels/gbvictor/optional.page
The entrance to the hotel is actually closer to Wilton Road, which is
down the side of Victoria main line Station, at the Platform 1 & 2 exit,
marked 'Wilton Road, Exit 2'.
If coming by overground train, come out of that exit, turn right, walk
beyond the traffic lights, and the hotel is on the left about 100 metres
away across the road.
If coming on the underground, take the Wilton Road exit which is a few
metres from the main line one.
If driving, there is free on-street parking on Upper Tachbrook Street and
surrounding streets after 6.30pm.
Go inside the hotel to the lifts and press the B3 button inside, which
will take you down to the gym, er Executive Health Club (push the brown
wooden double doors), where I'll be.
If there's nobody on the desk, pour yourself some water from the machine
if you want, go round the corner to the ladies' or gents' changing rooms
as appropriate if you need the loo, and there's a fairly comfortable
waiting area round there as well with magazines and apples. Who could ask
for more?
The phone number of the Fitness Suite itself is 020 7769 9885
Mobile signals are unreliable down there, but my mobile is 077199 58726
Of course, my mobile will be off anyway if I'm in a session but I will
turn it on if you're not there when I emerge.
